This place is one of the reasons we decided to move to Spokane! En route to camping in Montana, we stopped for a coffee and were so impressed by the gorgeous space, cutting-edge coffee systems, and delicious baked goods (which are mostly gluten-free). These people are coffee pioneers in Spokane and roast some fine coffee, which is what we serve to our Airbnb guests.
