The studio is absolutely beautiful, really sunny and bright. It feels very LA to me because the space is so open and light and you just feel immediately calm as soon as you walk in here. It’s awesome to be somewhere with such a strong meditative feel. The Yoga Nidra class is my favorite. Yoga Nidra is more on the meditative side of yoga. It’s described as a relaxation state. You’re doing a lot of breath work and you’re really tapping into that higher level of awareness. It’s super grounding and you leave much calmer than you arrived.
