Bee Taqueria is the dream of Chef Alex Carrasco, who has made a name for himself by working in high profile kitchens such as Scratch Bar, Osteria Mozza, and Blue Tavern. Carrasco was born and raised in Mexico City and traveled the country extensively as a child, falling in love with the different flavors found throughout his hometown, Oaxaca, Veracruz and beyond. He is now celebrating his home country by offering an eclectic menu of tacos, ceviche, tortas and LA's first taco omakase.
