Náměstí Míru is the closest station of the underground line A. It'll take you to the centre and connects all important spots (Wenceslas Square, Old Town, Malá Strana, Prague Castle). Also, you can use this line for getting to the airport (get off at Nádraží Veleslavín station and change there to bus 119). Ticket machines at this station accept only Czech coins. Relay newsagent's in the vestibule of the underground sells single tickets and accepts Czech money as well as cards. The closest station which provides ticket machines accepting cards is I.P.Pavlova (10 minutes on foot).
