This is, hands-down, my favorite restaurant in the world so far. Authentic southern BBQ with a simple menu but meats that are slow-smoked to absolute perfection. Their brisket is the best I've ever had. Plus you get to dine practically sitting over Lake Superior. Make a reservation to be sure you get a table!

Great food with large selection of craft beers and scotches, The Fitz is right on the shore of Lake Superior in Eagle River. Reservations are a must, as the space is not large. Check out their website to score a table days or even weeks in advance in high season! Highly recommend. Casual dress.

One of our favorite places on earth! Great food, impressive beer and whiskey list, beautifully remodeled guest rooms, and unbeatable sunsets. The owner is a friend and we are regulars whenever we are in town! Our kids love playing on the beach too :-)

Excellent food and beautiful food in Eage River. For a more scenic route there, take Five Mile Point Road.

One of our favorite restaurants. A small menu, but delicious. Fish, Seafood, great BBQ food, (they have a smoker on the site), and best of all, it's right on Lake Superior, for a walk before or after your meal. Do make reservations, far ahead if possible. The view is incredible any season.
