A fun, outdoor location, Chef Brad cooks up the best fish tacos, not to mention other tasty meals. It's funky, cash only (or Venmo), seating also available in the "bus" dining room, and a local favorite. Don't miss it.

Little funky food truck with a California vibe right on the way into Quechee. Fish tacos, onion rings, and lemonade. Sounds about right.

One of our favorites! Chef Brad is an incredible cook, fast service and excellent food! Unique specials, excellent fish and chips and burgers. Try Brad's fish or shrimp tacos! Eat in or take out.

He used to be open only in summers and out of a school bus along the side of the road, but now he has a building in Quechee-- good food, groovy Vermont atmosphere.
