Mimi's Taqueria (not sure why the map is still calling it Agave Express) is a hole in the wall gem tucked in the back corner of the Interlochen Plaza strip mall. Super delicious tacos and chips and salsa! Honestly everything we've tried has been amazing.

The club is attached to Broomstacks bar/restaurant and servers will take your drink order on the ice! Book ahead of time.
