This Indian restaurant is closer to the cabin, we have never had to wait to get in, and the food is every bit as good as Bombay House. The food is fabulous and not ridiculously priced. If you are not really hungry, check out the wonderful bar with it’s incredible views. Blue Boar Inn 1235 Warm Springs Rd, Midway (435-654-1400) Beautiful property, Cozy, romantic atmosphere and wonderful chef. If you are in Midway/Heber area, a must do for lunch or dinner Chicks Café 154 S Main in Heber: This greasy spoon has been a locals “go to” for huge breakfasts for over 60 years. The scones (large slabs of fried bread—a Utah specialty) are famous Granny’s Drive Inn and “The Train” Main Street Heber $ Heber was written up in USA today as having the most ice cream places and both of these spots make great shakes (however Granny closes hers for the winter) Back 40 Ranch House and Grill 1223 US-40 in Heber. It’s so “Farm to Table” that you can look out the window and see the beef! And try the charred onion dip with fresh potato chips The Mercantile in Midway. 99 E Main St in Midway. “Hearth to Table”.. Soldier Hollow: State park in Midway that was the site of the 2002 Olympic cross country skiing events. Great cross country skiing in the winter, and golfing in the summer Thanksgiving Point in Lehi. One of the worlds largest collection of mounted dinosaurs, a butterfly house, a wonderful “hands on” Museum of Curiosity with a ropes course across the ceiling….
