Robert Redford-owned rustic, dreamy spot for upscale American fare with mountain views. Very good restaurant at the base of Ski Lift at Sundance Ski Resort up Provo Canyon about a 45 minute drive.

Fine dining, but mountain casual dress code. Winner of numerous Best of State awards. The pepper steak is mouth watering.

Wonderful food at Sundance Resort. Make sure you make a reservation for the Tree Room and visit the Sundance website for restaurants and menus.
