The place where the queen spends her time in the winter months. It's possible to book tickets for a tour if you want to go inside the castle. Great place to see the queens guards, you know, the one's with the hats.
I recommend also visiting "Frederiks Kirke" and "Amaliehaven" when there, as it's located quite close to each other.

Here you have the opportunity to pet cows and goats if you dare, and see birds as it also consists of a bird sanctuary.
It also offers shelters where you can sleep, just don't forget to bring a sleeping bag.
To go there, simply take the metro to "Vestamager".
