I 'd advise you to visit this cafe at off-peak times to avoid uproar.
(You can take the city bus leading to "Kounoudipiana" before the National Bank of Greece in the city centre, near the Puplic Market. You have to stop at "Venizelos' Graves"-ask the bus driver- and then walk about 200m to reach this place. Enjoy the best view of the town and find the pastry/coffeeshop "Koukouvaya". To return back to Chania, you have to take the bus from the same point)

The atmosphere is romantic and relaxed, the tables in the backyard are definitely ideal for intimacy surrounded by flowers and bushes of all colours.
