FREE beach just blocks from downtown Ludington. Home to Ludington North Breakwater Lighthouse. You can walk the 1/2 mile break wall to the 1924 lighthouse for a scenic view. Climb to the top for a small fee. The park also has 2 concession stands (excellent hamburgers at the South stand) and 2 public restroom facilities.

Stearns Park Beach is a focal point in Ludington. It's over 2500 feet of beautiful sandy beach so you'll have plenty of room to find a place to camp out for the day. There are a couple snack shops open in the summer and you can take the half mile walk out to the lighthouse. There is also a playground nearby, a skate park, shuffleboard, and mini-golf. Don't miss it!
