The No. 2 restaurant in town. Lovely big space so able to take big groups. Good options for the children. Recommend your book especially if you are a group. Desserts are awesome.

Best place in Te Anau for Coffee and lunch is Sandfly Cafe Address: 9 The Lane, Te Anau 9600 Phone: 03-249 9529 OR If you enjoy Sushi or Baos then head to the caravans based across from Fresh Choice supermarket. The two caravans are owned by the same person and the standard of food has never disappointed me. Thoroughly recommend for lunch. I recommend the Fat Duck for evening dining but If you want to dine there it will pay for you to book before early as it can be hard to get into. Great food with plenty of NZ food specialties to choose from.Best seafood chowder in town. Our #1 favourite place to dine. Even has a separate Vegan menu. Pre-bookings are a must.
