These are Kenya’s rugby union grounds, and this is where lots of the live rugby games take place, featuring teams from across Africa and the globe. It’s also the home ground of the Kenya Harlequins. The Christie Sevens, who are part of the National Sevens Circuit, regularly play here. They’re located just off Ngong Road in central Nairobi. There are games being played here most weeks, and you can buy tickets at the door. Check the Kenya Rugby Union website to buy them in advance if there’s a big game on.
