This neighborhood coffee shop -- which operates out of the first floor of a rowhouse -- is a great place to start your day. Get your caffeine fix and baked goods opposite the park. They set up outside seating in fair weather, too.

A short walk through the park, breakfast sandwiches and treats, good coffee, small but nice place to sit and relax if you can find a seat.
