Truly truly special dining experience. A few evenings each week this masseria opens up to invite guests to dine in its restaurant - starting with a guided a tour of the ancient olive press, house and gardens. A wonderful 7 course set menu follows the tour, with wines selected by the hotel manager to accompany each dish. Well worth a special night out.
