Fred Meyer is great, but it can be a little over-priced. It's great for a quick run to the store, but I wouldn't recommend doing all of your shopping at Fred Meyer if you're on a budget. It does have a nice stock of other items (clothing, shoes, toiletries, home good, etc.)
