Usually they are open until 4 am. You can eat outside in summer. It`s an "old institution" in Basel with food from middle europe and also Swiss food. Sometimes interesting people late at night.

Along the Rhine you can find three ferries which cross the rhine. The most common to use is the Münsterferry which you can obviously get on at the Münster. For a small price you can enjoy the crossing of the Rhine. Don't miss this experience. If you want to go for longer excursions on the Rhine we recommend to check out the Basler Personenschiffahrt on google where you can book excursions which usually start at Schifflände (there is as well a ticket office). The Münster itself is a really nice to visit church and spectacular view from the tower! ( entrace free just for the tower) If you like to climb up the towers, well this is an experience!
