Jonathon Fisher was indeed a Renaissance man who wore many hats. We particularly marvel that he used to WALK to Bangor (and back) to give sermons. Museum is in his original house. Call for hours.

Rt. 15, on the right, just before the first street light in Blue Hill. A pale yellow square building set back from the road. Built in 1815 by Rev. Jonathan Fisher, the first called minister of Blue Hill. The Fisher House contains a remarkable collection of family furnishings and genealogical materials.
