If you like Tex Mex this is the spot. Inexpensive but great food... margaritas too. Loads of seating. PS: the guy who lives in the adjacent townhouse is the owner, so be on your best behavior.

For an always hopping,family-friendly - try La Mancha walkable - good Tex-Mex, no reservations needed (pro tip - another great place for kids to be kids with outside patio seating really good mexican martini & tuna tostadas)
