Such magnificent views but be mindful that this is a dirt road and I do not suggest small cars to be driven over this pass. If you know that Oudtshoorn has had rain recently, I wouldn't recommend this drive at all...

If you fancy a senic drive this is a must. Just a note it is a gravel pass

It is beautiful to do the round trip drive over the Swartberg Pass, via Prince Albert and back through the Meiringspoort Gorge
