8 Minutes 5 Stars Yelp Review: My family went to grab ice cream at Grassroots but realized we needed to eat first so we walked through to the restaurant side. Soooo glad we did! Some really interesting takes on food and I was nervous because they had twists on most items but OMG- they hit gold. We had the roasted Brussels sprout taco. I know it sounds crazy but it was one of the best things that I have eaten in a really long time. It had flavorful soft small brussel sprouts with roasted nipples of sweet potato, Sriracha sauce and it was heaven
