Look up the Loring Greenough House web site. Thursdays from 3:30 till dusk there are food trucks and a farmers market and you can picnic on the grounds. Also, I recommend going on a tour one Sunday or checking out one of their concerts.

A five minute walk to this historic home is next door to Curtis Hall and The public library. They hold house tours and Thursday on the Lawn in the summer (food trucks, music, local goods, farm stand, a beautiful lawn to picnic on)
