Park in Bude and walk up the canal or drive and park in the free car park on site. The Weir provides great views on the canal and the surrounding countryside and has a number of walks, either coastal path or simply along the canal. The food here is great and while on busy days it can take a little while, it is a lovely place to be and so the wait is half the fun.

Great cafe/bistro at the end of the bude canal. 2.5 mile walk from bude along canal. Good park for kids.

Has a good play area for children, as well as a large fish tank. Overlooking a small lake, lovely place to have a quite coffee. Also, serves food at lunch and Friday & Saturday evenings in the summer.
