You MUST get one of the croissants here. David, the owner of this quirky food-truck is from Paris and is a master at making the perfect flakey-buttery croissant. He's parked at the corner of Franklin and Eastern Parkway (just past the Starbucks) almost every morning until about 11:30am.

David is usually in his truck serving coffee and freshly-baked croissants and pastries (that he makes in his oven in the truck) between 8am and around 2pm. Hot. And. Delicious.
