For sweeping panoramic views of Lake Michigan, Pyramid Point is hard to beat. Short 1.2 miles round trip from the trailhead to the overlook that's mostly easy with a couple steep sections (steps, no scrambles). Great for sunset!

The Pyramid Point Trail leads to a high, panoramic view of Lake Michigan, half a mile from the trailhead. This is one of the best views of the waters of the Manitou Passage and the Manitou Islands, which lie five miles offshore.

All of the views of sleeping bear without the miles long walk to get there. This will be more of a 15 minute walk to the bluff.
