A very large arts and crafts event every year on the third weekend of October! Live music all day long, 200 arts, crafts, & food booths! There is also a Kid's Run, a Fat Tire Bike Classic, Adult Apple Run, Pie eating contest.

Held the 3rd weekend in October in downtown Springville, the Apple festival features apple themed food and craft booths. There is also an Apple Run (I think it's a 5k) and the Fat Tire Classic Bike race. See their website for events and information. springvilleapplefestival.com
