His art is very striking, and you've probably never heard of it before. Tucked away in a house near the park, you'd never know it was here. They also have chamber music concerts.

I love the Nicholas Roerich Museum. It's such an inspirational place and should be visited if you are a fan of beautiful, spiritual and mystical paintings.

Museum in a town house devoted to the work of Nicholas Roerich, who was interested in Himalayan Buddhism and painted there in the 1930s. Interesting work, quiet environment. Roerich also designed the sets for the original performances of Stravinsky's Rite of Spring.
