One of the easiest ways to access Forest Park and the Wildwood Trail. Wildwood Trail has 33 miles of great running and walking routes, tons of other trails and trailheads also connect to it.

Forest Park is a little farther away (8 miles/20 minute drive) but it's worth it! It's a huge park with an extensive network of running and hiking trails. Wildwood is the main/most popular trail (accessible via the NW entrance) but there are plenty of other, more secluded trails as well. The Hoyt Arboretum, Japanese Garden and Rose Garden are all part of Forest Park.
