If you're like me, someone who really enjoys classic food like burgers, steak and fries than this is NOT the place to be! The owner, Martin, serves traditional Caribbean dishes from over 100 year old recipes which he inherited from his mother, grandmother and great grandmother. If you want to get a culinary taste from the island then this is definitely the place to be. To be treated like a life time returning customer give them the best regards from Tommy Coconut (and mention I said they should add a burger to their already great menu!).

Not your ordinary Caribbean Restaurant! With recipes handed down from 2 generations, they serve Caribbean style meals with a touch of history and creativity. The restaurant is located in a most delightful spot on the island, the Spanish Waters.
