Fantastic French place that's been one of New York's top restaurants forever at this point. No reservation required, just go. Expect to spend $20 per person.

Perhaps a bit overplayed, but still a local favorite and one of my favorite places for breakfast or lunch...and their holiday decor is always so nice.
