It's outside the downtown, but worth the drive. We call it "IndeFerm," and its the home base brew pub of one of the founders of Plymouth's craft beer scene, Paul Nixon. Enviros gather there on Friday nights, beer aficionados all the time. It's relaxed, intimate, friendly - if a bit small (though Paul is working on that, with an expected move to bigger digs coming) and often the site of community fundraisers. Paul has a hop farm, a saxophone, and a talent for all things fermented (try their Kombucha). Tell him we sent you!

Great new brewery and taproom. They have beer tastings. This was a warehouse bought and started by a number of locals. They independently brew their own beer as part of a partnership. Good spot.
