If you are visiting Charlotte going to the White Water Center is a definite must. Parking is $5 for the day. You can hike the trails or walk around the center to view the activities. If you choose to do the activities such as trail biking, zip lining, white water rafting, kayaking, paddle…

35 min drive away. Fun place to go for water sports in a controlled environment, and they also have zip lining and rock walls. They is the summertime, they hold concerts.

We love this place even if you do not want to participate in activities. IN the warmer months they have live music on Thursdays and Saturdays.

So much outdoor activities for all ages! This is also the US Olympic Team's training course for white water rafting. They do have a nice restaurant & gift shop onsite. Parking is $5.00/car. There is no charge to walk around the facility, watch activities or ride bikes.

I love this place! Enjoy a white water rafting trip in the exact place the olympians train. Challenge yourself on the ropes courses. Enjoy excellent outdoor movies and music concerts under the stars...

This is a must-see here in Charlotte if you love adventure and outdoor activities. A short 30 min drive you can buy a day pass and enjoy all they have to offer. Activities to enjoy are white water rafting, white water, and flatwater kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, and zip lines…
