Awesomely creepy 'park' located behind the abandoned Navy Base and along the Mississippi River in Bywater. People like to bring their dogs here and sometimes there are bonfire parties at night.

Little hidden beach right on the Mississippi River. Can get amazing views of the Downtown New Orleans, and the Holy Cross neighborhood. Walk down N. Rampart towards the railroad tracks, cross the railroad tracks, and walk down the levee.
