Tora-Fugu Tei is a fugu (pufferfish or blowfish) specialist that only deals with tiger blowfish, the best of the best when it comes to blowfish. This delicious dish has led to several poisoning incidents and is so notorious that the Emperor of Japan has been banned from eating it for his own safety. Try it if you dare!
