Hertz, Budget, Enterprise, and National all rent cars at reasonable daily rates from offices in the Bloor-Yonge station. They'll try to up-sell you on expensive insurance. If you have a credit card with perks, call the number on the back of your card and they'll tell you if their insurance already covers you for this jurisdiction.

Car rental service office located beside food court, opposite side of Canada post office. both Avis and Hertz available for walk-in. The cars are parked underground of the same building.
