In their words, PURE is the creation of Ellie Brinton an experienced Raw Food Chef, Juicing Mistress, Coach and Health Guru. With both parents having a chef & cooking background the cooking bug defiantly rubbed off ! Ellie has been creating and mastering Organic Vegan, Gluten Free Cuisine dishes for the past few years after suffering from Health issues and finding it very difficult to buy ready made healthy meals or to eat out! So PURE was born together with her partner Stuart, who are now able to offer fabulous cuisine mostly ORGANIC, always VEGAN Mediterranean fusion foods from their Bistro at PURE Cuisine in Christchurch, High Street.
