The Bang Bang Bar located in front of The Stickett Inn is a great spot to get a coffee or hard cider.

The Stickett is tiny - but when they are open, they have excellent coffee (to go or for there), a mini cocktail menu with all NY and local wines and liquors, and in the summer they have very good, but limited, lunch food options. Its across the street from the Barrysville Farmers Market, when open in the summer on Saturdays, is fantastic. You also pass a nice 3-mile hike at Tusten Mountain Trail (on Crawford) on your way. About 20 min away.
