I highly recommend a wander around this lovely shop. Postcards, books and a great place to browse. They sell maps of the local area.

Wivenhoe's very own independent bookshop. It also happens to be where we teach creative writing. Welcoming and a hub of the local community. Go visit a real bookshop, with real books and keep this local amenity alive.

Award winning bookshop, yet it is so much more. The over the sofa gallery has a waiting list, Book clubs and Writers groups rub alongside Philosophers breakfasts and the Knitting group. There are strong links with the local University and host quite a lot of book signings. (Personally, one of my own favourite shops in the village).
