This place technically isn't a bar, they are not allowed to serve cocktails. However, the owner will do a tasting with you and "deconstruct" a cocktail, such as a Bloody Mary or a Sazerac and let you taste them individually and then mix them together. Very fun place and the owners are passionate about making their alcohols and vinegars.
