This pizza trailer is owned by our friends, the Stephens. Do not be fooled by its humble appearance! The pizza crust is memorable, the topping combinations delightful.

Fredericksburg: It is amazing what great food you can find in a small food trailer. Maybe the small space concentrates the flavors. The owners of Prometheus care about all the ingredients that go into their pizzas, and the results are even greater than the sum of the well-chosen parts.
