This one was a great during-pandemic discovery, when many restaurants in Old San Juan where closed or it was hard to find a spot when the capacity was at 20-25%. The owner himself plays the piano and very well. And the food is also great! They offer outdoor seating too.

Carli was the keyboardist for The Beach Boys and he plays piano here several days a week, but live music every night starting at 8:30pm.

The most popular spot to enjoy piano Jazz in San Juan is Carli's Restaurant at Tetuan Street in Old San Juan. The bar/restaurant founded by jazz musician Carli Munoz over twenty years back opens from Monday thru Saturday at 4pm. Carli has a strong resume since his days as a rock drummer, was member of renowned band The Bee Gees for over ten years.

This intimate bar is located in Old San Juan and has a very romantic atmosphere. The award-winning bistro has won the Table Chef’s Hat Award for four years straight. To create the romantic ambiance, jazz pianist Carli Munoz serenades his patrons while they savor their cocktails. At times, he is accompanied by a cellist or a quintet. If you visit this venue, make sure that you sample the sangria and the excellent mojitos. Cocktail prices range between $8 – $13 dollars, making this bar very reasonably priced.
