Dedicated to collecting, preserving, and interpreting the history of Stillwater, Oklahoma. The museum seeks to tell thought-provoking stories of Stillwater’s past and to connect these stories to modern issues through engaging experiences. The Museum features exhibits about Stillwater and Payne County from Indian Territory until today.

The Sheerar family are one of the founders of Stillwater and run the museum that highlights the history of the area. While in the neighborhood you can also check out the OSU visual arts museum and the Multiarts center.
