Our favourite local pub. You can park here, walk around Almscliffe Crag and then end back at the pub for a cosy drink. Also, great for a Sunday roast.

Lovely country food, great food and ambience. A little further afield than the other recommended pubs, but one of our favourites and worth the journey.
