You can't get a more traditional paella in a more traditional environment. If you have a car (or you don't care taking the bus), you should come here

If you want to try the best rice (Paella and 20 other types) of Valencia, go to the small fishing town of el Palmar and try the Mateu Restaurant. We love the Arros Negre and the Arros a Banda.
