Emilie's is the most recent concept from award-winning Chef Kevin Tien, formerly of Himitsu. Located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood, Emilie's offers New American style dishes. Guests are encouraged to accent their dining experience with selections from table-side cart service. Emilie's has a casual vibe with a focus on fine points of service, making us perfect for a fun dinner with friends or something fancy like a birthday celebration, anniversary dinner, or your next private event.

Opened in 2019, fantastic fancy little place that's a great date night out. Think more hip than fancy. Gets pretty busy but reservations are available. The sides for the bread, which we know sounds a little strange, are fantastic. They're like $3 apiece. The eggplant spread is lovely.

This place opened a few months ago and we finally went there. It was a great experience with an eclectic menu. If you go get one of the breads and a crudo for sure.
