Not up for the Incline? Why not enjoy our most popular flat walking and biking trail that runs north-south from Colorado Springs through the AF Academy grounds and on to Palmer Lake, 20+ miles north of the city. Access to the trail is a quick mile from Colorado Casita.

Easy hiking trail, good for biking and young kids. Beautiful views of lake.

This trails runs along the front range in Colorado Springs but extends all the way from New Mexico all the way to Denver. Is mostly an easy walking trail but does have some very rocky terrain in there that can make it a difficult hike.

You can pick this up just across the street from our driveway. It's a well maintained, wide, hard packed trail that goes into Colorado Springs. It's a gradual downhill, so beware that coming back will be much harder!
