Traditional Scottish pub food in a fantastic converted church which has been turned into one of Glasgow’s finest whisky bars. It’s location on Byers Road puts it at the heart of Glasgow’s West End with plenty of other sights to see nearby.
This is a pub, theatre, restaurant, event space and even a club (pre-pandemic) in a converted parish church. Standard pub food, a bit posher in the brasserie, but it’s not about the food, go for a drink in huge bar with the beautiful panelled ceiling. It’s a stone’s throw from the flat and open till 2am.
Check out "A Play, A Pie, A Pint" at Oran Mor. A Play, a Pie and a Pint produce the most new-writing of any theatre in the UK. The theatre company now yields 35 new plays, running for 42 weeks of the year, 6 days a week.
