The Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the people for centuries, known as the Vela Crikva and the Duomo, is a sacred center for which we can now assume with great probability the foundations of an early Christian cult place. The original center of the cult was developed in the area of Roman public (military) bath, whose remains were only partly explored around the churches. Representative thermal rooms were equipped with mosaic floors and are still preserved on the asphalt of Pul Vele Crikve Square. Over the ruins of the term in the Middle Ages was erected a bell tower in which basically the well-seen second-hand stone blocks were taken over from some ancient building.
