This is the information center about Baxter State Park. If you want to go straight to Baxter, go back out to the main road from camp, and take a left and follow the signs to the park. NO DOGS ALLOWED in the Park

Baxter State Park is home to Mount Katahdin (the northern terminus of the Appalachian Trail) and many other camping sites, hiking trails, lakes, and streams. Some trails require reservations so please visit www.baxterstatepark.org for any information.
